In 2025, PRO BRO Group completed a strategic business transformation phase and focused on developing its Express tunnel car wash franchise business. According to the company, a record number of vehicles were washed across its network in Lithuania and Latvia last year, while revenue generated by the express car wash network increased by 25%. This year, the company plans to continue strengthening this business segment, optimizing the performance of its existing car washes and preparing for expansion beyond the Baltic states.
According to audited data, PRO BRO Group’s consolidated revenue amounted to EUR 25.28 million last year, compared with EUR 32.7 million the previous year. The decrease in revenue resulted from the company’s sale of its car care center business.
“2025 was not a year of revenue growth for us, but rather a year of refining our business model. The sale of the car care center business naturally led to a decline in revenue, but it allowed us to focus on the strategic area where we see the greatest potential: the express tunnel car wash franchise model. This segment grew in terms of both revenue and customer traffic, which is why we are directing our main investments and expansion plans towards it,” says Evaldas Kinderis, CEO and Chairman of the Board of PRO BRO Group.
According to the company, a record number of vehicles were washed at PRO BRO Express tunnel car washes in Lithuania and Latvia last year, exceeding 5 million vehicles. Overall wash volumes across the two countries increased by up to 33%, while the number of subscriptions grew by 29%.
“The extensive network of PRO BRO Express franchise partners and growing customer traffic demonstrate the potential of this business model. Car washes in different locations develop at different rates, as new sites need time to earn customers’ trust. However, the overall trend is positive: the number of customers is increasing, more washes are being performed, and customer satisfaction scores are improving. We will continue investing in service quality and customer experience so that consumers in Lithuania and Latvia choose this fast and convenient service even more frequently,” says Kinderis.
Last year, the Group generated EUR 2.4 million in EBITDA from its core operations. However, after accounting for one-off asset impairment charges recognized during the year, the Group’s adjusted EBITDA amounted to EUR 412,000. The Group recorded a net loss of EUR 56,600, compared with a net loss of EUR 0.39 million in 2024. According to the company, structural changes implemented last year helped reduce the net loss, while the Group continues to invest in operational efficiency, innovation and the expansion of its express tunnel car wash network.
At the end of last year, PRO BRO Group issued EUR 5.5 million in bonds and joined the Nasdaq First North market. According to the company, this strengthened its financial foundation for further network expansion.
In Lithuania, PRO BRO Group operates a premises cleaning business, a network of self-service car washes and the PRO BRO Express tunnel car wash network. There are currently 24 express tunnel car washes operating under the brand in Lithuania and Latvia. Last year, the company opened a new tunnel car wash in Kaunas, followed by another location in Vilnius in early spring this year. The Vilnius site is a next-generation car wash featuring sustainable solutions that reduce water and plastic consumption, as well as a higher level of automation.
